Pop-Up Health and Social Support Events: An Implementation Guide

This guide has been written for organisations who are interested in holding a Pop-Up health and social support event in their own community. A Pop-Up is designed to bring essential health and social services to vulnerable, hard to reach populations in the community to help them receive the health and social care that they need. Pop-Ups are usually held in community halls, schools and other accessible locations and bring together health and social support providers and community members. We have provided recommendations, checklists and templates to help with planning and delivering a Pop-Up from start to finish.
