Implementation & Dissemination Plan

<div>In this implementation and dissemination plan we describe separate plans for dissemination of the guideline and for the</div><div>implementation of key recommendations within the guideline. We have considered aspects of implementation that are</div><div>relevant to the targeted end-users of the guideline as well as other key stakeholders and health care contexts in which the</div><div>guideline is likely to be used.</div>
