This manual is a supplement to the Clinician Manual Goal Setting in Stroke Version 1 and should be used in conjunction with this main manual. The supplement is designed to address the specific goal setting needs of people living with communication disorders following stroke and to assist clinicians from all disciplines to partner with consumers in the setting of a broad range of person-centred goals in a structured way. The manual is suitable for use in clinical care and as a research tool to assist with GAS-scaling.
