This study sought to understand and describe the perspectives of Australian RTW professionals regarding the barriers and enablers to RTW among injured and ill workers.

Specific objectives were to :

1. Determine the barriers and enablers impacting return to work as rate by Australian RTW professionals.

2. Determine whether ratings of barriers and enablers differ according to the professionals job role/expertise, nature of employment and level of experience.
