Her Honour explores the relationship between human rights, morality and the law. In examining the connection between law and morality, Her Honour reviews two different approaches which can be used to assess whether the use of force in the international context is justified. Her Honour also discusses the meaning of ‘desirability’ in the context of international law, humanitarian interventions, self-defence, unilateralist action and the definition of force.
