The RAT trap: prenatal cell-free DNA screening for rare autosomal trisomies

Prenatal cell-free DNA screening is used to identify potential fetal genetic anomalies. In my research, we examined the screening performance for rare autosomal trisomies, and examined if high-risk results could correlate to an increased risk of placental insufficiency.
