Her Honour explores the relationship between the infrastructure of court architecture and the preservation of the rule of law. Her Honour cautions against a presidential style of government where the Executive takes charge of court architecture without due regard for the separation of powers doctrine. Her Honour outlines six ‘advocacy techniques’ which can be applied to persuade the government to invest in the construction of a new Supreme Court building.
