Her Honour discusses various recent changes which have affected the legal market such as globalisation, engagement with transnational law and growing commercialisation. Her Honour reflects on how legal education has changed and the challenges associated with this, noting that virtual learning has become increasingly prevalent. Her Honour describes the important role that lawyers play in the delivery of justice and explains how legal education and training can be improved.
