Her Honour provides a recount of the early developments of the Victorian Legal System from 1835 onwards. Her Honour also describes the individual profiles and characteristics of the resident judges who were sent to the Port Philip District. Additionally, Her Honour examines the historical interactions which Indigenous Australians and bushrangers in the Port Philip District had with the criminal justice system.
