Developing and piloting a chatbot to support youth well-being and mental health

This presentation will discuss how Ash, the Monash Chatbot, is being developed with young people, tech industry partners, and health care professionals to support youth wellbeing. Its talks about the UX/UI research, how Ash's personality and it's character design was created, finishing with the AI conversation design and content development. This project is developed in collaboration with Botanic Technologies.
