Benefit Generosity, Claiming, and Disability Duration

Taking advantage of a substantial increase to workers’ compensation benefits in 2010, this study evaluates the effect on claiming behaviours in Victoria in terms of the number of claims, disability duration, and how a raised wage replacement cap affected higher earners compared to lower earners.
