This project explores the development of 3D printed bigels as next-generation carriers for personalised nutrition. By combining hydrogels and oleogels into a single, printable material, bigels enable the co-delivery of both water-soluble and oil-soluble bioactives. Through tuning formulation, printability, and digestion behavior, this work aims to create stable, customisable nutrient doses with controlled release tailored to individual health needs.
