Nitika Kandhari: Data Fluency digital toolkit poster- Minor prize

I presented this poster at Data Fluency End of Year seminar. This poster was selected for a minor prize by a judging panel comprised of Library and Data Fluency staff.<div><br></div><div>The title of this project is: "Finding alternative polyadenylation signatures as cancer biomarkers". I am trying to identify APA signatures that are specific to Triple Negative Breast Cancer cells that can be used as novel prognostic biomarkers with clinical utility.<br><div><br></div><div>This poster outlines the toolkit that I use for my research, some figures I generated using these and the tools I am interested in learning in the future.<br></div></div>
