This practitioner case study focuses on Bianca and how she, as Principal of South Harbour Public School, led her staff to use research and evidence in their work to create a learning culture for themselves and their students.
Bianca’s case study was developed by the Monash Q Project (2019-2023) and published as part of the resources for the Quality Use of Research Evidence (QURE) Assessment Tool – a confidential online questionnaire enabling educators and education system leaders, as individuals or as a group, to reflect upon and assess their use of research in their practice.
