This practitioner case study shares how Alex’s belief in and emphasis on using research to guide his work helped to foster a quality research use mindset among his school colleagues.
Alex’s case study was developed by the Monash Q Project (2019-2023) and published as part of the resources for the Quality Use of Research Evidence (QURE) Assessment Tool – a confidential online questionnaire enabling educators and education system leaders, as individuals or as a group, to reflect upon and assess their use of research in their practice.
