Gong ensemble is made up of a number of percussion instrument (gongs, gong-chimes and cymbals). Some pieces begin with a layering effect. The music contains a lot of rhythmic material and syncopation. After a gap in the tape, the Kucapi music starts. Kucapi is a plucked stringed instrument (zither). Ende-Ende are solo vocal pieces sung by women. There is a lot of conversation in between these pieces.
For ease of navigation, time stamps are provided for the start of each instrument/instrumental group.
