The Aesthetics of Theology in the Poetry of Gregory of Nanziazus

The aesthetic dimension in Gregory's poetic narratives and rhetorical passages will allow us to examine how he formulated the aesthetics of theology. The Aristotelian antecedence and Neoplatonic strands that influenced Gregory's articulation of theological/didactic verse permitted him to strive for a blending of elements in his versification of Christian theology.
