Supporting Data - Gravity-derived Antarctic bathymetry using the Tomofast-x open-source code: a case study of Vincennes Bay

This repository contains all data used to generate plots included in the following publication submitted to The Cryopshere:

Bird et al. (202x). Gravity-derived Antarctic bathymetry using the Tomofast-x open-source code: a case study of Vincennes Bay.

Data include Tomofast-x gravity inversion models, as well as supporting input data and execution/processing scripts. A README.txt file is included, providing information about the dataset. A master plotting script is also provided to regenerate all figures (including supplementary figures) in the manuscript.

Users should unzip the "data.zip" file to access all data files. The bird202x_figures.py file uses relative paths and assumes that no changes are made to the unzipped file structure. Users must update directory paths in the bird202x_figures.py file to point to local directories and local versions of publicly available datasets.
