"In his liminal work How is Philosophy Possible in Eastern Europe, Stefan Afloroaiei, one of the acclaimed young philosophers in Romania today, takes a long and strenuous effort to recapture that which is distinct about Eastern European thinking. The way itself in which this part of Europe perceive philosophy is related, by Afloroaiei, to a long, Aristotelian tradition - in the line of metaphysical thinking - of multiple ways of viewing the world."
