Editorial

Issue 23 of Colloquy: text, theory, critique is comprised mainly of papers collected under the title Pastoral Echoes, a special section arising from the symposium Reimagining Pastoral, which was convened at the University of Queensland in 2011. This section is guest edited by Xanthe Ashburner and Timothy Chandler, whom the editors thank for their diligence and commend for assembling a diverse range of articles.

This issue is the debut of two new Editors-in-Chief: Conall Cash and Samuel Cuff.
