Classroom Globalization: An Investigation of Teaching Methods to Address the Phenomenon of Students from Multiple National Cultures in Business School Classrooms

As students from a variety of national cultures move through a "boundaryless" world, the business classroom becomes a much more global or international phenomenon. And yet, one hears little from faculty about how this globalization or internationalization is influencing their teaching. The following offers a review of the challenges presented by a global or international classroom and presents several specific strategies for handling a class of students from a variety of national cultures.
