From 1 January 2021, the use of non-biodegradable plasticbags will be banned in shopping malls, supermarkets, pharmacies, bookstores and other places in the built-up areas of the city (including the built-up areas of the development zones), as well as in catering and take-away services and various exhibition activities; the use of non-biodegradable plastic bags will be regulated and restricted in marketplaces, and the use of ultra-thin plastic bags with a thickness of less than 0.025 mm will be banned.
Banning non-degradable plastic bags in an orderly manner
Freshness protection package in roll and freshness protection package will not be banned temporarily.
