紧紧围绕中省关于常态化扫黑除恶工作额部署要求，紧盯文物保护领域容易滋生和恶势力的重点地区和人群，坚决查处利益链条和腐败滋生土壤，根本遏制文物保护领域的黑恶势力违法犯罪，彻底铲除黑恶势力“保护伞”，全面整治涉黑涉恶治安乱点，文物保护领域综合治理能力明显提升，涉黑涉恶违法犯罪防范打击长效机制健全完善，人民群众安全感、满意度不断增强。
