突发高热:一般持续3-7天,体温可达39 ℃以上;

Clear stagnant water, kill pests, prevent and control dengue fever.

What is dengue fever?

Dengue fever is an acute vector-borne disease caused by dengue virus. It is mainly transmitted through the bite of Aedes albopictus (commonly known as "Aedes mosquito").

What does dengue fever look like?

Sudden high fever: usually lasts for 3-7 days, and the body temperature can reach above 39 ℃;

Three pains: mainly severe headache, orbital pain, joint muscle pain; skin rash, a small amount of bleeding (skin, gums, nasal cavity), fatigue, nausea, vomiting, and severe patients may experience shock failure or even death.

How dengue fever spreads?

Dengue fever is transmitted among people through the bite of aedes albopictus, and it is not directly transmitted from person to person through the respiratory tract, digestive tract or contact.

How to Prevent Dengue Fever

1. Do a good job in household cleaning and environmental sanitation, clear away stagnant water in time, and remove sundries regularly.

2. Try to avoid water plants. For aquatic plants, change the water every 3 to 5 days and rinse the roots of the plants.

3. Remove idle flowerpots and tanks that are prone to water accumulation on the balcony or roof, turn them upside down or cover them tightly, so that mosquitoes in the house lay eggs in the water.

4. To dredge drainage holes and sewers, if the indoor and outdoor accumulated water cannot be cleared for a long time, you can put chemicals to kill the larvae.

5. Installation of screen doors and windows or mosquito nets, and using mosquito coils, electric mosquito swatters, and anti-mosquito lamps are also effective measures to prevent and kill mosquitoes.

6. When going out, you can spray mosquito repellant on your clothes, wear light-colored long clothes, and minimize activities in bushy areas to avoid being bitten by mosquitoes.

Clear water is the key
