花都区农村卫生站免费治病工作

告村民书

根据区委、区政府关于进一步完善农民基本医疗保障体系的要求，我区于2008年5月1日开展“农村卫生站免费为农民治病”试点工作，并从2010年9月1日起全区铺开。农民小病不出村，在卫生站免费治疗，大病住院有合作医疗。现就有关事项告知村民：

一、治病范畴及对象

（一）在村卫生站现有的医疗设备及医疗技术条件下能够治疗的常见病、多发病。用药必须在农村卫生站药品目录范围内。遇重大抢救及超出村卫生站诊疗科目范围的患者，必须及时转诊。

（二）本村户籍人员，外出参军、读书后户籍迁回本村的人员均可享受农村卫生站免费为农民治病的待遇。

二、就医及免费方式

（一）本村户籍人员在本村卫生站就医，每次交纳1元挂号费，当天复诊则不再交挂号费；如需注射治疗，则再交1元注射费。其余免费（药品及检查）。

（二）本村户籍人员在本村卫生站就医必须携带身份证或户口本。

三、其他事项

村民如无获得免费治病或无得到良好的服务，可向村委会、镇政府、区卫生局投诉。（区卫生局投诉电话：36858213）

Free medical treatment at rural health stations in Huadu District
Letter to the villagers
According to the requirements of the district party committee and the district government to further improve the basic medical security system for farmers, our district launched the pilot work of "free medical treatment for farmers at rural health stations" on May 1, 2008, and spread out to the whole district from September 1, 2010. Farmers are treated for free at the health station for minor illnesses so that they do not need to leave the village, and cooperative medical care is available for hospitalization and for serious illnesses. The villagers are hereby notified of the relevant matters:
1. Scope and object of treatment
(1) Common and frequently-occurring diseases that can be treated under the existing medical equipment and medical technology of the village health station. Drugs must be within the scope of the drug catalog of rural health stations. In case of major rescue and patients beyond the scope of diagnosis and treatment at the village health station, they must be referred in time.
(2) Persons with household registration in the village, and those whose household registration is transferred back to the village after going out to join the army or studying can enjoy the free treatment of farmers by the rural health station.
2. Medical treatment and free methods

(1) Persons with household registration in the village who seek medical treatment at the village health station will pay a registration fee of 1 yuan each time, and will not pay the registration fee if they return to the clinic on the same day; if they need injection treatment, they will pay an injection fee of 1 yuan. The rest are free (drugs and inspections).
(2) Persons with household registration in the village must carry their ID cards or household registration books when they go to the village health station for medical treatment.
3. Other matters
If villagers do not receive free medical treatment or good services, they can complain to the village committee, town government, and district health bureau. (Complaint telephone number of District Health Bureau: 36858213)
