预防糖尿病
事实证明,改变一切生活方式,对预防2型糖尿病或推迟发病是有效的。人们应当:
达到和保持健康的体重——超重肥胖者体质指数(BMI)达到或接近24kg/m,体重至少减少5-10%,可减少糖尿病高发人群发生糖尿病的风险。
身体活动——经常进行至少30分钟强度适中的活动。
保证健康饮食——每天吃三到五份水果和蔬菜,并减少糖饱和脂肪的摄入量。
糖尿病治疗

学会计算每天饮食的热量,做到合理用餐,饮食有度,定时定量,少量多餐。不饮酒,不吸烟。
3/运动治疗
每周3-5次,每次20-60分钟
4/药物治疗
应在医生的指导下口服降糖药,一旦服药以后,必须长期坚持,定期监测血糖,根据病情发展情况,即使调整治疗方案也不能随意停药。
5/病情监测
定期检查血、尿各项指标、心电图和眼底等检查。
糖尿病健康饮食保健知识
饮食治疗是糖尿病的基础治疗。今年联合国糖尿病日的主题为【健康饮食】。以下食物在所有饮食中比例需下调:
精白米饭、精小麦、精面食类、红肉、加工类肉食、水果类饮料、苏打、含糖饮料、饱和脂肪、巧克力酱、果酱。
以下食物在所有饮食中比例需提高:
蔬菜、新鲜水果、全麦面包、糯米、全麦意大利面、不饱和脂肪酸、花生酱、不含糖的酸奶、坚果类食物、新鲜水、不含糖的咖啡或茶。
