公共场所控制吸烟

下列公共场所禁止吸烟

一、国家机关、事业单位提供公共服务的室内办事区域。

二、妇幼保健院、儿童医院范围的室内外区域和其他各类医疗卫生机构的室内区域。

三、托儿所、幼儿园、中小学校、少年宫、少年儿童活动中心范围的室内外区域。

四、本款第三项以外的各类教育、培训机构以及其他青少年活动场所的室内区域。

五、影剧院、音乐厅、图书馆、展览馆、科技馆、文化馆、博物馆、美术馆、纪念馆、档案馆等各类公共文化场馆的室内区域。

六、商场、书店。

七、金融、邮政、电信等企业的室内营业区域。

八、公共汽车电车、出租车、长途客运汽车、城市轨道交通列车、客渡轮等公共交通工具内部及其售票厅和设置在室内的站台。

九、体育场馆的观众区、竞赛区、运动员区以及乒乓球馆、羽毛球馆、保龄球馆、桌球馆（室）、健身房等室内健身场所。

十、旅馆、宾馆、酒店、招待所、培训中心、度假村等提供住宿休息服务的经营场所的大堂以及其他室内公共区域。

十一、电梯内部及其室内等候区域。

十二、法律、法规、规章规定的其他禁止吸烟场所。

Smoking is prohibited in the following public places
