周耀彬是胥江社区第六党支部书记，同时也是居民眼中的“爱心管家”。他爱帮大家解决琐事，他的身影常常出现在小区各处，小到电表漏电，大到管道铺设，他总能想到办法为居民解决。

在周耀彬的热心下，小区氛围越来越和睦，形成了互帮互助的邻里风气。许多居民还会一起参与到社区管理当中，提醒人们自觉维护小区环境。

“盘门古城墙上长了不少树，树根扎进了墙体里，对古城墙的损害很大。”最近，赵钧像往常一样在盘门城墙边“巡逻”时，发现了这一情况，并及时反映给了盘门景区管理部门，建议及时清理古城墙上的树木。35年来，每一次的盘门古城墙修缮，赵钧都会参与。现在，赵钧仍然会每天早晨去盘门古城墙边转一圈，观察城墙的状态，同时为古城墙的修缮出谋划策。
