中暑

中暑的症状：

如出现头晕、耳鸣、恶心、胸闷、口渴、大汗、注意力不集中，但体温不超过37.5度，这是中暑前期的表现，要引起警惕。而轻度中暑，则表现为面色潮红或苍白、气短、大汗、皮肤灼热或湿冷、心率增快、脉搏细弱。如果中暑特别严重，则表现为高热、神志障碍、抽搐，甚至昏迷、猝死。

中暑的急救：

搬。

迅速将患者搬到阴凉、通风的地方，使其平躺，用扇子或电扇为他扇风，解开其衣领裤带，以利患者呼吸和散热。

擦。

用冷水或稀释的酒精帮患者擦身，也可用冷水淋湿的毛巾或冰袋、冰块放在患者颈部、腋窝或大腿根部腹股沟处等大动脉血管部位，帮助患者散热。

服。

感到不适时，及时服用人丹、十滴水、藿香正气水等解暑药，并多喝些淡盐水，以补充流失的体液。

掐。

如果患者一直昏迷不醒，可用大拇指按压患者的人中、合谷等穴位。救醒后的患者，必须在凉爽通风处静卧休息，如果回到炎热的环境，会引发比之前更严重的后果。

Heat stroke

Symptoms of heat stroke:
Dizziness, tinnitus, nausea, chest tightness, thirst, sweating, inability to concentrate, but the body temperature does not exceed 37.5 degrees - this is the performance of the early stage of heat stroke, and you should be alert. Mild heatstroke is characterized by flushing or pale complexion, shortness of breath, profuse sweating, hot or clammy skin, increased heart rate, and weak pulse. If the heat stroke is particularly severe, it is manifested as high fever, mental disturbance, convulsions, and even coma and sudden death.

First aid for heat stroke:
Move.
Quickly move the patient to a cool, ventilated place, make him lie flat, fan him with a fan or electric fan, and untie his collar and trouser belt to facilitate the patient's breathing and heat dissipation.
Wipe.
Use cold water or diluted alcohol to wipe the body of the patient, or place a towel wet with cold water, ice pack or ice cubes on the patient's neck, armpit or groin at the root of the thigh and other large arteries and blood vessels to help the patient dissipate heat.
Take medicine.
When feeling unwell, take anti-heat medicines such as Rendan, Shidi Shui, Huoxiang Zhengqi Shui, etc., and drink more light salt water to replenish the lost body fluids.
Pinch.
If the patient has been in a coma, the patient's philtrum and Hegu acupuncture points can be pressed with the thumb. After rescuing the patient, he must lie down and rest in a cool and ventilated place. If he returns to a hot environment, it will cause more serious consequences than before.
