向导标志规范，设专人管理保洁。

每天全面打扫清洗不少于3次，做到一客一保洁。

保持地面、墙壁、屋顶、洁具、蹲位、挡板、门窗、设备及室内外环境清洁。

公共卫生间内做到无蝇、无蛆、无粪便漫溢，地面无积水，通风、采光良好，室内无恶臭，设施设备损坏及时修复。

遵守公共道德，不随地大小便，不随地吐痰，不乱丢烟头、果皮、纸屑、废弃物。
