公民防疫基本行为准则 

戴口罩 勤洗手 勤通风 测体温 勤消毒 少聚集

Part.1 勤洗手

手脏后,要洗手;清理垃圾后,便后,接触快递后,接触电梯按钮、门把手等公共设施后,要洗手或手消毒。

Part.2 勤测体温

人体内部的温度称体温。保持恒定的体温,是保证新陈代谢和生命活动正常进行的必要条件。体温是物质代谢转化为热能的产物。

Part.3 科学戴口罩

有发热咳嗽等症状时,就医时,拥挤时,乘电梯时,乘坐公共交通工具时,进入人员密集的公共场所时,要戴口罩。

Part.4 注意咳嗽礼仪

咳嗽打喷嚏时,纸巾捂住口鼻,无纸巾时用手肘代替,纸巾不乱丢。

Part.5 少聚集

疫情期间,少聚餐聚会,少走亲访友,少参加喜宴丧事,非必要不到人群密集的场所。

Part.6 文明用餐

不混用餐具,夹菜用公筷,敬酒不闹酒,尽量分餐食;食堂就餐时,尽量自备餐具。

Part.7 遵守一米线

排队、付款、交谈、运动、参观时,要保持一米以上社交距离。

Part.8 常通风

家庭人多时,房间有异味时,有病人时,访客离开后,多开窗通风。

Part.9 做好清洁消毒

日常保持房间整洁。处理冷冻食品的炊具和台面,病人及方可使用的物品和餐饮具,要及时做好消毒。

Part.10 养成健康生活方式

加强锻炼,作息规律。保证保持心态健康;健康饮食,戒烟限酒;有症状时,及时就医。

Part.11 保持厕所卫生

勤清洁厕所,马桶冲水前盖盖,经常开窗或开启排风扇,保持地漏水湾有水

Part.12 疫苗接种

相应国家新冠病毒疫苗接种政策,积极配合疫苗接种,保护个人健康。

Citizens' Basic Code of Conduct for Pandemic Prevention

Wear a mask, wash hands, ventilate, measure body temperature, disinfect frequently, and avoid gatherings.

Part. 1: Wash your hands frequently.

Wash your hands after getting dirty; wash your hands or disinfect your hands after cleaning up garbage, after going to the toilet, after touching express delivery, and after touching elevator buttons, door handles, and other public facilities.

Part 2: Frequent body temperature monitoring

The temperature inside the human body is called body temperature. Keeping your body temperature steady is important for your metabolism and vital movement to work properly. Body temperature is the product of material metabolism converted into heat energy.

Part 3: Scientifically Wearing a Face Mask

Wear a mask when you have symptoms such as fever and cough, when you seek medical treatment, when you are in a crowd, when you take elevators, when you take public transportation, and when you enter crowded public places.

Part.4 Pay attention to cough etiquette.

When coughing and sneezing, cover your mouth and nose with a tissue, and use your elbow instead when there is no tissue available. Don't litter tissues. 

Part.5 Gather less.

Eat less, visit relatives and friends less, attend fewer wedding banquets and funerals, and avoid crowded places unless absolutely necessary.

Part.6 Civilized dining.

Don't mix tableware. Use serving chopsticks. Make a toast, but refrain from persuading anyone to drink. Try not to share food. When dining in the cafeteria, try to bring your own tableware.

Part.7 Obey the one-meter line.

Keep a social distance of more than one meter when queuing, paying, chatting, exercising, and visiting somewhere. 

Part.8 Regular ventilation

Open the windows for ventilation when there are many people in the family, a peculiar smell in the room, or patients in the home, and after the visitors leave.

Part.9 Keep cleaning and disinfection. 

Keep the room tidy. Clean cooking utensils and countertops for handling frozen food and disinfect tableware that patients and visitors use.

Part.10 Develop a healthy lifestyle. 

Keep exercising, and have regular work and rest schedule. Maintain a healthy mentality; eat a healthy diet, quit smoking and limit alcohol; when you have symptoms, seek medical treatment in time.

Part.11 Keep toilets clean.

Clean the toilet frequently, cover the toilet before flushing, open the window or turn on the exhaust fan frequently, and keep the floor drain bay full of water.

Part.12 Vaccination

Corresponding to the new national COVID-19 vaccination policy, actively cooperate with vaccination to protect personal health.
