Legal tips

Article 12 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases stipulates that

“All units and individuals in the territory of the People's Republic of China must comply with the investigation, testing, collection of samples, isolation and treatment, and other preventive and control measures related to infectious diseases conducted by epidemic prevention and control institutions and medical institutions, and must truthfully provide the relevant information."
