妇女如何面对更年期综合征

1. 更年期是人生必经之路,更年期综合症是由雄雌激素水平降低引起的,所以从某种角度讲,补充雌激素可以有效地控制更年期综合症的症状。

2. 要有自我保护意识,生活中出现不如意要想得开,尽量避免烦恼,实在避免不了,也应理智处理,或找人倾诉或自我安慰,使烦恼得以解决。

3. 适度的性生活有利于活跃思维,身心健康。

4. 合理的营养搭配,多舌如一些蛋白质、钙、维生素丰富的食物,尽量少吃高脂肪、高糖食物。不宜过度劳累,合理安排休息,适当增加体育锻炼。

妇女更年期饮食

1. 更年期妇女饮食应当注意不要偏食,粗细搭配以保证蛋白质、维生素和无机盐的摄入量。

2. 更年期妇女应养成每日饮用1-2大杯牛奶的习惯,对于预防骨质疏松、骨折等很有益处。

3. 更年期妇女饮食要注意清淡,尽量减少脂肪类的摄入,注意少吃过咸食物。

4. 可适量补充维生素片,特别是维生素C、复合维生素B及维生素E等,但不可大量。

How women cope with menopausal syndrome

1. Menopause is an inevitable part of life. Menopause syndrome is caused by a decrease in the level of estrogen, so from a certain point of view, estrogen supplement can effectively control the symptoms of menopause syndrome.

2.  Be conscious of self-protection and try to avoid worries when things are not going well in your life. If you can't avoid it, you should deal with it sensibly, or find someone to talk to or having self-compassion, so that your worries can be resolved.

3. Having moderate sexual activity is conducive to active thinking, physical and mental health.

4. Having right mix of nutrition in your diet. Take adequate amount of protein, calcium, vitamin-rich food. Try to eat less high-fat, high-sugar food. It is not advisable to overexert oneself. Arrange rest reasonably and increase physical exercise appropriately.

Diet for women during menopause

1. Menopausal women should take care to have a balanced diet and to mix coarse and fine foods to ensure the intake of protein, vitamins and inorganic salts.

2. Menopausal women should make it a habit to drink 1-2 large glasses of milk daily to prevent osteoporosis and fractures.

3. Menopausal women should eat a light diet and reduce the intake of fats and salty foods as much as possible.

4. Take vitamin tablets, especially vitamin C, vitamin B complex and vitamin E, but not in large quantities.
