为什么要打新冠疫苗’加强针”

一、能增加保护性  

资料显示接种新冠疫苗6个月后抗体水平会大幅度下降，保护效果减弱，接种加强针后，抗体水平会快速升高到10-30倍以上，保护效果大幅度提高。

二、加强接种的目标人群

完成全程接种满六个月的18岁及以上人群。

三、加强免疫疫苗选择

加强免疫时，可选择同源加强或序贯加强免疫，二者均可。

同源加强是：灭活疫苗完成2剂次基础免疫的人群，再接种一剂灭活疫苗进行加强；接种完一剂腺病毒载体疫苗的人群，再接种一剂腺病毒载体疫苗进行加强免疫；

序贯加强是：灭活疫苗完成两剂次基础免疫的人群，亦可选择使用不同技术路线的腺病毒载体疫苗或重组亚单位疫苗进行加强免疫，如此保护效果更加。

四、其他注意事项

接种过3剂次重组亚单位疫苗的，暂不需要进行加强免疫

Why get a Covid-19 'booster' shot 

I. It increases protection 

Information shows that after 6 months of receiving Covid-19 vaccine, the antibody level will drop significantly, and the protective effect will be weakened. After the booster vaccination, the antibody level will rise rapidly to more than 10-30 times and the protective effect will be substantially increased.

II. Target group for booster vaccination

People aged 18 years and above who have completed the full course of vaccination for six months.

Choice of booster vaccine

For booster vaccination, either homologous booster or sequential booster vaccination is available.

Homologous boosters are those who have completed two doses of basic immunisation with inactivated vaccine, followed by one dose of inactivated vaccine for a booster; those who have completed one dose of adenovirus vector vaccine, followed by one dose of adenovirus vector vaccine for a booster.

Sequential boosters are people who have completed two doses of basic immunisation with inactivated vaccine may also choose to be bolstered with a different technical route of adenovirus vector vaccine or recombinant subunit vaccine, for greater protection.

IV. Other considerations

Those who have received three doses of recombinant subunit vaccine do not need a booster for the time being
