Numeracy and food education

This education resource was developed to highlight what numeracy is with respect to the learning area of HPE. In the resource I highlight and explain the numeracy content and skills required to teach about food labels. The food label sequence is part of a larger unit of work you would develop to help young people develop key health literacies (including numeracies) to understand food.
