Genotyping and sampling data for the manuscript: Rodger, Y.S., Pavlova, A., Sinclair, S., Morgan, J., Lee, C., Hodgins, K.A., Stevenson, A., Killian, A., Sunnucks, P. Localized origin of polyploidy supports separate management of different-ploidy populations of an endangered daisy
Two types of genotyping data are produced by Diversity Arrays Technology: codominant single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) and presence-absence dominant loci called silicoDArTs
Genotypes of all individuals: File 'Rutidosis polyploid DArT SNP data.csv': genotypes of all individuals for SNP loci File 'Rutidosis polyploid SilicoDArT data.csv': genotypes of all individuals for silicoDArT loci File 'Rutidosis polyploid covariates.csv': covariate file for all individuals. Contains the following fields: id- individual identification, pop- population name, lat- latitude, lon- longitude (coordinates are given only for natural populations), notes- comment on whether an individual was excluded from the analysis and why.
Separately scored SNP genotypes of tetraploid individuals: File 'Rutidosis tetraploid DArT SNP data.csv': genotypes of tetraploid individuals for SNP loci
File 'Rutidosis tetraploids covariates.csv': covariate file for tetraploid individuals. Contains the following fields: id- individual identification, pop- population name, lat- latitude, lon- longitude (coordinates are given only for natural populations), notes- comment on whether an individual was excluded from the analysis and why.
