PINGU Weights: CLBGMs removed

<p dir="ltr">This version removes all dark protuderences between caudate and putamen, other than those much darker than the grey matter of the basal ganglia.</p><p dir="ltr">This will remove all caudo-lenticular grey matter bridges, at the expense of missing some true perivascular spaces.</p>
