Data used in the manuscript: Lutz, M. L., P. Sunnucks, D. G. Chapple, D. Gilligan, M. Lintermans, and A. Pavlova. in prep. Strong bidirectional gene flow between fish lineages separated for over a 100,000 years.
File “Report_DMacq19-4705_8_moreOrders_SNP_mapping_2_with_Cataract_River.csv” is the genotyping file from Diversity Arrays Technology. It contains genotypes for 2724 Macquarie perch individuals (including those not used for this study) from two basins: Murray Darling basin (MDB) and Hawkesbury-Nepean Basin (HNB).
File “Metadata.txt” explains content of columns and rows in the genotyping file.
File Lutz_et_al_Cataract_River_hybridization_covariate_file.csv contains dartR covariate file for paper (2). Columns: id- individual identification, pop- population (CDM- Cataract Dam, CR- Cataract River, dontuse- not used in this study), pop_mitolineage- population and mitochondrial lineage, as per Pavlova et al 2017 Evolutionary Applications 10:531–550 (MDB- inland Murray Darling Basin mitolineage, HNB- coastal Hawkesbury-Nepean Basin mitolineage)
