Labscript suite archive

This contains an copy of the labscript suite repositories so that a permanent DOI can be included in Philip Thomas Starkey's thesis. This will serve as an archived record of the labscript suite should the main respositories at https://bitbucket.org/labscript_suite/ cease to exist.
