Title: immune_cline_data.csv
Description: Experiment 2: data from static heat shock at 39 degrees on individuals from 12 populations of Drosophila originating from along a latitudinal cline that were exposed to wounding or bacterial immune challenge.
File contains:
"population" = population ID's for the 12 populations
"longitude" = longitudinal place of origin for each of the 12 populations of Drosophila (rounded to nearest integer)
"treatment" = immune challenge treatment ("CTRL" = unwounded controls, "PBS" = wounded, "INF" = bacteria immune challenge).
