Annual notified dengue case incidence in Brazilian municipalities (SINAN database), 2007-2024

This dataset holds annual dengue case notifications, population and dengue incidence per 100,000 population for Brazilian cities, for 2007-2024. It underlies the visualisations of annual dengue case incidence in Niterói compared with cities in Rio de Janeiro state or all of Brazil, pre and post Wolbachia implementation, reported in the submitted manuscript by Anders et al "Long-term durability and public health impact of city-wide wMel Wolbachia mosquito releases in Niterói, Brazil during a dengue epidemic surge".
