Populations of drosophila with different starting frequencies of mitochondrial haplotype (A1 or B1) and nuclear background (Melbourne or Townsville) were evolved at two divergent temperatures (17°C or 27°C) and frequency of the A1 haplotype was scored over 10 generations. The data shows the frequency of A1 over F3, F5 and F10 for each individual population.
