<p dir="ltr">Shadow Aria is a piece about silenced voices, and an experiment with lighting and spatialised audio as digital scores. This is the first version of the work, leading to the development of the experimental opera Knots that Bind.</p><p dir="ltr">The work was written during a residency at the Hochschule für Musik und Theatre Hamburg in 2022 and premiered by the Monash Animated Notation Ensemble with support from the DigiScore Project, funded by the European Research Council.</p>
