<p dir="ltr">Censoring Experiment is a digital score that experiments with how an improvising performer reacts to online censorship. The performer plays into a webcam and microphone, and the composer's Max patch interferes with their feed - covering and distorting parts of the image and muting and distorting the audio. </p><p dir="ltr">This performance features Elizabeth Jigalin performing on toy instruments. The work was premiered at the University of Malta's conference Mediating Performance: Technologies, Communities, Spaces (online). </p>
