thesis
posted on 2017-11-21, 22:34 authored by TURKI SAQER J ALMUTAIRI
The study is the first study of its kind in Saudi Arabia that focused on the graduate nurses’ job/work environment satisfaction, work-related stress and level of confidence and comfort to perform their job. This study is a significant addition to new knowledge in clinical and professional support for graduate nurses transitioning from academy to working independently in clinical settings. The study is important for all Saudi healthcare sectors to appropriately support Saudi graduate nurses towards better graduate outcomes and healthcare organisations for safer, quality care.
