The Recognition of Nectin (like) Ligands by Natural Killer Cell Receptors

thesis
posted on 2018-11-25, 10:45 authored by FELIX ALEXANDER DEUSS
This thesis explores the three-dimensional structures of a family of immune receptors known as the Nectin receptors. Recently, the Nectin receptors have been in the spotlight for their ability to control cancer. The results presented here shed light on the molecular basis behind their function and provide a platform for the development of novel anti-cancer therapeutics.
