Submission in response to the United Nations Committee on the Rights of the Child’s call for comments relating to revisions of: General Comment No. 24 (201x), replacing General Comment No. 10 (2007) on children’s rights in juvenile justice

This submission focuses on the minimum age of criminal responsibility and awareness-raising relating to the impact of negative publicity in the media and the negative stereotyping of children in conflict with the law. Our submission draws on our combined expertise of having researched in these areas for over a decade.
