II. Representative sperm from Crisp1 knockout sperm before and after exposure to 1 uM recombinant mouse CRISP4 protein and vice versa.
Sperm were tethered to glass slides and recorded using an Olympus AX-70 upright microscope equipped with ORCA-Flash4.0 v2 sCMOS camera. Frames were acquired at 400 fps.
