Raw sequencing reads for 297 Murray cod (Maccullochella peelii; MC), 396 Macquarie perch (Macquarie australasia; MP) and 137 trout cod (Maccullochella macquariensis; TC) samples. Samples were individually barcoded using a 6 nucleotide (nt) sequence (provided in metadata files) and pooled into 11 libraries which were sequenced on an Illumina HiSeq 1500 sequencer (Illumina Inc., San Diego, CA, USA) using 100 bp paired-end reads. Seven libraries were resequenced (the rerun is indicated by "rr" in the library file name). Murray cod data are analysed in the study by Harrisson et al. "Signatures of polygenic adaptation associated with climate across the range of a threatened fish species with high genetic connectivity." [Link to Dryad repository: doi:10.5061/dryad.57m0f].
