thesis
posted on 2019-01-31, 03:21 authored by MICHELLE RU HUI NG
This hermeneutic phenomenology study aims to understand the experiences of working adults in transferring soft skills training, especially in Malaysia. Unstructured interviews with one main question, “What is your experience like transferring soft skills training?” were conducted with 18 participants of various age, gender, education, and occupation selected from West and East Malaysia. Interviews ranging from one hour to one hour forty-five minutes were transcribed and analysed, resulting in two emerging themes: explicit transfer and advancing transfer.
